  • •Adjust attorney-involved moderately complex bodily injury and related auto physical damage claims in compliance with state laws and regulations.
  • •Confirm coverage, determine liability, investigate losses, evaluate claims, and arrive at settlements within authority guidelines.
  • •Clearly document investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.
  • •Prioritize and manage assigned claims workload while keeping members and other parties informed with timely status updates.
  • •Collaborate with team members and partners/vendors to resolve issues and support escalation when needed.
