Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with government safety and environmental regulations and company expectations.
  • •Serve as the site subject matter expert and HSE leader for the site leadership team.
  • •Oversee the HSE program, including safety auditing and management engagement across the site.
  • •Lead site HSE training programs and develop/manage a safety training program aligned with MSHA and OSHA standards.
  • •Oversee the emergency response team and lead/delegate HSE improvements and investigations, including safety reporting for internal and external audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of chemical manufacturing, petroleum industry, or mining experience in safety program management.
  • •B.S. technical degree.
  • •Training experience.
  • •Experience in safety compliance auditing.
  • •Experience developing, implementing, and continuously improving safety systems, processes, and procedures.
