•Resolve customer queries related to services, technical issues, billing, orders, deliveries, refunds, and loan processes.
•Provide troubleshooting support and ensure timely issue resolution.
•Drive sales, cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention initiatives.
•Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and effective customer support.
