Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deployment, implementation, application, training, follow-up, and related events for PROLaunch and Program Management requirements (including VAVE Cost Out).
  • •Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems requirements and certification expectations in PROLaunch and VAVE projects.
  • •Systematically lead PROLaunch methodology application for STPs, NPI, VAVE, and NPD processes using PROPM.
  • •Manage project standard procedures and work, indicators, internal/external annual evaluations, applicable documents, and approval gate coordination.
  • •Lead the VAVE process with engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams (including Pune and USA) to meet Cost Out objectives and maintain related tools and master cost-out platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or related fields).
  • •5 years of experience in new product development, innovation, and project administration.
  • •Knowledge of product engineering including BOMs, routes, engineering change notices, pilot lots, drawings, and specifications.
  • •Design knowledge including Solidworks, AutoCAD, PFMEA, and DFMEA.
  • •Conversational English and experience with project management tools/processes (e.g., PROLaunch/Program Management, Agile/Scrum).
