Lead Rula’s organic growth engine across organic search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Define the multi-year roadmap and market position in an AI-mediated discovery era, driving full-funnel strategy, technical SEO, structured data, and zero-click share-of-voice. Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and compliance teams to improve discoverability and conversion, while owning P&L, forecasting, and ROI using metrics from answer-engine share to CAC, LTV, and net revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and execute a multi-year organic growth roadmap across organic search, AEO, and CRO as a cohesive growth engine.
•Drive full-funnel organic strategy including site architecture innovation, enterprise-grade structured data, and zero-click share-of-voice.
•Oversee an always-on CRO framework to refine high-intent conversion pathways and maximize patient acquisition and downstream outcomes.
•Co-own technical investments with Engineering, Product, and Design to improve discoverability, site performance, and conversion, while shaping shared roadmap priorities.
•Build and scale the organic growth organization with an agency network, maintain experimentation/accountability culture, and deliver P&L accountability using ROI metrics from answer-engine share to CAC, LTV, and net revenue.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in organic search/SEO with senior ownership of strategy and measurable business outcomes, including hands-on execution prior to leadership.
•5+ years of people leadership experience building, developing, and growing a team.
•8+ years of experimentation-grounded expertise in technical SEO and AI-native discovery (AI Overviews, answer engines, LLM ecosystems/AEO), plus CRO program ownership or partnership driving conversion and revenue growth.
•Comfort operating as best practices evolve, creating frameworks for measuring and growing AI-driven discovery.
•Strong technical fluency in site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals to partner with Engineering and Product; experience evaluating SEO/AEO/CRO tooling and vendors at scale.
