Key Responsibilities

  • •Support technical qualification for new initiatives, raw material changes, and cost-saving projects.
  • •Translate technical formula cards and making instructions into user-friendly recipes for production systems.
  • •Assist in troubleshooting and solving technical problems during production or from new projects.
  • •Develop technical plans and write detailed reports on findings and progress.
  • •Represent the MPD team in cross-functional meetings and help train new technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Sciences, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
