Support the Operations team by managing the technical qualification of product formulas, raw materials, and suppliers to keep manufacturing smooth and efficient. Become the expert for key technologies, translating technical formula cards into production-ready recipes, troubleshooting technical issues, and using data to propose solutions. Collaborate with engineers and supply chain partners, deliver planned changes on time, and help train technicians while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Support technical qualification for new initiatives, raw material changes, and cost-saving projects.
•Translate technical formula cards and making instructions into user-friendly recipes for production systems.
•Assist in troubleshooting and solving technical problems during production or from new projects.
•Develop technical plans and write detailed reports on findings and progress.
•Represent the MPD team in cross-functional meetings and help train new technicians.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Sciences, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
•Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
