Build and advance TikTok’s ads Core ML ranking systems, integrating state-of-the-art ML/DL, reinforcement learning, and LLM techniques to improve delivery efficiency and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of a global advanced advertising delivery system integrating ML/DL, reinforcement learning, LLM, and scaling laws in complex monetization scenarios.
•Optimize efficiency across the advertising funnel, including recall/rough-sort, fine-sort (CTR/CVR), format/creative personalization, and system resource allocation.
•Drive strategic initiatives and key projects using deep business acumen in monetization, ranking, search, and recommendation.
•Establish and refine system frameworks and standards to continuously improve efficiency for diverse vertical business needs.
•Partner with product and business teams across global markets to maximize impact.

Key Requirements

•MS or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or similar quantitative fields with related experience in search, ranking, or recommendation.
•Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning, including statistical models and applied mathematical methods.
•Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python, with familiarity with data structures/algorithms and Linux development environments.
•Experience with online experimentation and analytics for evaluating models and systems.
•Experience with big data systems and mainstream ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet), and at least one framework’s architecture/implementation.

Education:Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Operation Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics or similar quantitative fields
