Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships in a branch banking role by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products. Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and proactively drive new customer follow-up and referrals. Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking technology while maintaining strong knowledge of products, services, policies, and all operational and regulatory requirements.
