Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and enforce a new TA operating model and structured interview framework.
  • •Manage top-of-funnel strategy by building and maintaining pipelines to meet an active hiring mandate.
  • •Partner with senior leadership to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria for critical hires.
  • •Manage external agency relationships when supplemental sourcing is needed, ensuring quality and cost-effective outcomes.
  • •Document recruitment activity for compliance and continuously refine recruiting workflows for efficiency and scalability.
