Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, disassemble, and/or modify systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components.
  • •Oversee assembly, disassembly, or overhaul activities for required modifications/repairs.
  • •Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment and perform validation/verification testing.
  • •Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults and repair components.
  • •Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, and inspect/verify repairs for flight-worthiness requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience assembling, repairing, and testing mechanical and electrical components and systems.
  • •Willing and able to travel up to 20% domestically for offsite support and offsite training.
  • •Able to ascend and descend vertical work ladders and travel in a silo basket (275 lb capacity).
  • •Willing and able to work in confined spaces and lift loads approximately 35 pounds.
  • •U.S. export control compliance requirement: must meet “U.S. Person” requirements for 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
  • •Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) required.
