Drill Bits Application Engineer

Support the North America Offshore Drill Bits organization by delivering technical insights, applications analysis, and product recommendations that improve bit selection, drilling performance, and revenue. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to optimize applications, support field execution, and contribute to new product development. Provide post-sales technical support, run performance reviews and customer troubleshooting, approve drill bit repairs, and document findings for internal stakeholders and customers.
