Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure fire properties justification for certification of cabin components.
  • •Develop solutions and alternatives to support final assessment and approval of fire properties documentation for cabin interior.
  • •Coordinate planning of contents, costs, and schedules for cabin development projects with internal CoCs.
  • •Develop and deploy correct specifications and definitions for cabin components in line with fire properties requirements.
  • •Witness qualification test of fire properties at external flammability laboratories and support vendor management and in-service support (service bulletins, conversions/upgrades, repairs).

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Engineering, Polymer, Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • •5 to 8 years of professional experience in material fire properties, testing, and certification.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge and experience in development, testing, and verification of cabin interior components.
  • •Experience handling certification, quality assurance, and in testing.
  • •Experience with technical standardization, procedures, and Airbus tools.
