Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Designated School Official (DSO); update SEVIS and advise students on immigration status while studying at KI.
  • •Help keep the school compliant with state, national, and organizational standards of compliance.
  • •Advise new and current students on KI courses and products; collect lead information and participate in conversion efforts.
  • •Engage in domestic marketing activities, including community outreach events and activities and phone outreach.
  • •Plan and/or execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities; create a monthly activities calendar.
  • •Assist with housing options recruitment and student placement; deliver outstanding hands-on student service.
  • •Liaise with the national Customer Service team to follow policies related to course adjustments (QRF and CF processes).
  • •Manage cash deposits and payments as part of financial operations.
  • •Coordinate internship recruitment and placement; provide university admissions guidance and counseling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • •US Citizen or Permanent Resident (mandatory for DSO).
  • •1-2+ years in a business or operational setting.
  • •Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States.
