Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regular, clear customer updates and act as the primary quality contact for customer warranty and quality issues.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional involvement to resolve customer concerns and monitor customer KPIs and improvement actions.
  • •Manage end-to-end warranty processes, including tracking case closure, coordinating field service interventions, and supporting product return investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.

  • •Live within a 50-mile radius of the posted location (active duty military exempt).
