Job Summary

Lead and manage telecom design and execution for complex projects in the oil and gas/EPC sector. Responsible for leading discipline execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring design integrity, and delivering compliant telecom system solutions (FDS/GDS, CCTV, TEL/LAN, RS, IDS/ACS). Requires deep telecom engineering expertise, project leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design for Telecom systems in accordance with project specifications and standards.
•Address complex problems using in-depth skills and broad business knowledge within Telecommunications (Eng).
•Prepare clear, accurate design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures.
•Forecast and plan resources as Lead Engineer, and effectively communicate difficult concepts to the team.
•Direct small/medium Telecom Engineering teams as Lead Engineer and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of discipline work across the project.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (Master's Degree preferred)
•15-20 years of experience in oil and gas with major contractors or consultants
•Detailed knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and applicable codes/guidelines
•Knowledge of project coordination and execution skills
•Registered Professional Engineer or professional engineering society member (preferably)
