Job Summary

Provide operational and strategic support to teams managing active contracts and programs for EuroTorp. Own planning and scheduling by maintaining roadmaps, tracking milestones and deadlines, and monitoring program performance via KPIs and risks. Produce regular reporting for program owners and GEIE members, and ensure transparent communication with internal stakeholders and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational support to EuroTorp program and contract teams by coordinating cross-functional actors.
•Lead planning and scheduling by creating, updating, and distributing schedules while tracking milestones and deadlines.
•Monitor program performance by driving actions, KPIs, and risk management to stay aligned with commitments.
•Produce regular reporting for program leaders and GEIE members, including progress, milestones, risks, delays, penalties, and corrective actions.
•Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders, including progress updates internally and to institutional clients.

Key Requirements

•Degree from an engineering school (or equivalent qualification) with experience in project management, planning, or PMO.
•Strong skills in project planning and scheduling (Microsoft Project, Gantt diagrams).
•Ability to track performance using KPIs and produce reporting.
•Experience with contract management, program governance, or an equivalent industrial environment.
•Fluency in professional English (written and spoken) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
