Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the transition from pilot to scale for leadership and people development programs, including group coaching, manager and high-potential development, team onsites, leadership summits, and team effectiveness.
  • •Build and manage the multi-year program roadmap, defining the centralized leadership development offering and milestones through 2027.
  • •Operate people development initiatives as the primary project manager, using briefs, trackers, and stakeholder communication to keep work on schedule.
  • •Evaluate current pilots to determine value and refinement needs using qualitative feedback and quantitative data.
  • •Identify and assess technology solutions to accelerate people development at scale and help facilitate onsite/offsite experiences as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in people development, leadership development, organizational development, or program management within a People/HR function.
  • •Demonstrated experience deploying leadership or manager development programs at scale within a large, matrixed organization.
  • •Strong project management instincts to build structure in ambiguous environments and drive complex, cross-functional work to completion.
  • •Executive presence and communication skills to present to senior leaders and facilitate workshops.
  • •Comfort with data to interpret feedback, build an investment case, and adjust approach based on quantitative and qualitative signals.
