•Run customer jobs on production machines with extreme attention to detail, including making incremental process adjustments.
•Monitor and report manufactured product quality requirements and support quality policies.
•Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and perform duties designated by the supervisor/manager.
•Troubleshoot problems and situations, help other departments as needed, and follow safety procedures.

•Extensive knowledge of personal hand tools and using them safely to operate, adjust, and maintain production equipment.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills; work well independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for at least 8 hours; working knowledge of product quality requirements; 5S helpful but not required.
