Job Summary

Support the launch and growth of an electric mobility brand in and around Seattle through a store-based, customer-facing role. Deliver customer experiences including product demos and test rides, educate prospects on vehicles and features, and convert interest into qualified leads and sales. Partner with retail leadership via customer feedback, help run daily retail operations, and assist with mobile demos and local activation events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver engaging customer experiences on the retail floor, including product demos and test rides.
•Educate customers on ALSO vehicles, features, and benefits and guide them through demo rides and early purchase consideration.
•Support local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads and sales.
•Share customer feedback and insights with retail leadership to improve execution and experiences.
•Support retail store operations (opening/closing, merchandising, upkeep) and assist with mobile demos and local activation events, including driving company vehicles to/from events.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or other customer-facing roles.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort talking to people and selling products and services.
•Ability to work in a dynamic, field-based environment including weekends and events.
•Interest in cycling, electric vehicles, and/or innovative consumer brands.
•Ability to qualify as an authorized driver (21+, valid U.S. driver’s license, 3+ years licensed driving, and pass background screening/motor vehicle review).
