Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of SRE programs including incident management, release management, observability, automation, and capacity planning to support system reliability and performance.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional work across software engineers, SREs, and DevOps teams to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • •Create status updates, dashboards, and reports that communicate program milestones, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Partner with Incident Commanders for post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and tracking preventive measures to reduce downtime.
  • •Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders by translating technical details into business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years professional experience in high-tech and 5+ years in technical program management or site reliability engineering (SRE) for SaaS infrastructure and platforms.
  • •Manage technically complex programs involving 25+ team members and deliver under deadlines.
  • •Experience with SRE principles including observability, incident response, and infrastructure automation.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • •Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project), and agile/scrum frameworks.
