Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with test and system checkouts, fly, and provide feedback on Altius for Test Engineering.
  • •Build, program, and maintain autonomous aircraft for flight.
  • •Support Test Engineers with operational tasks such as flight execution, material prep, and test profile participation during demonstrations.
  • •Assist with product installations at test sites as needed.
  • •Support the Site Manager and onsite team with maintenance and operational tasks, including inventory and equipment maintenance.
Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 41 - 54

Key Requirements

  • •RC, RPIC, or PIC experience on fixed-wing commercial and/or defense Group 2 aircraft.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 certificate and complete FAA Part 61 ground school (as required).
  • •Familiarity with flight controllers and autopilot logic, plus significant knowledge of National Airspace regulations and operating restrictions.
  • •Ability to travel on an as-needed basis, including willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
  • •Small UAS maintenance experience with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to own tasks in an autonomous environment.
