Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers.
  • •Inspect interior and exterior of vehicles and identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Take or support vehicle photography so customers can view vehicles in Carvana spinners.
  • •Work the 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Thurs 4pm–3am) and be prepared for mandatory overtime based on business need.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Lift up to 60 pounds independently and be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shields/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
