Job Summary

Move materials safely and accurately between the supply chain and the production floor to keep NEO manufacturing running. Maintain inventory accuracy, deliver materials on time to production lines, and process inbound/outbound shipments with complete documentation and zero compliance issues. Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized, adapt to shifting production priorities in real time, and use warehouse/inventory systems and scanning tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain inventory accuracy at or above target thresholds across assigned material zones.
•Ensure on-time delivery of materials to production lines to prevent stoppages or delays.
•Process inbound and outbound shipments with complete, accurate documentation and zero compliance issues.
•Uphold a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment to prevent safety incidents.
•Adapt priorities in real time to support shifting production demands and team needs.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
•Proficient operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment.

•Able to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials throughout the shift.
•Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
