Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect haulers/vehicles to ensure safe driving.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and document thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Be available to work 7 days a week with rotating days off and operate in varying weather conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including vehicle detailing and loading/unloading in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Complete onboarding requirements within deadlines, including obtaining a Notary (within 90 days) and any state-specific specialty license (e.g., chauffeurs or vehicle verifier).
