Key Responsibilities

  • •Foster strategic partnerships between Operations Division stakeholders and Ops Analytics.
  • •Generate strategic insights from data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • •Translate complex operational challenges into analytical requirements aligned to business priorities.
  • •Act as primary liaison between a Operations vertical and Ops Analytics to ensure alignment of strategic goals.
  • •Ensure successful delivery of data requests and prioritize/communicate analytical and reporting needs aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Aviation Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • •Master’s degree desirable but not essential.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in business engagement, operations management, or a related role within the airline or transportation industry.

  • •Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
