Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce Electrical building services engineering designs from concept design through to construction issue and site supervision
  • •Execute projects within defined design, programme and cost parameters
  • •Carrying out designs on a variety of buildings within different sectors (e.g., schools, healthcare, offices, leisure facilities, Government buildings, industrial)
  • •Prepare technical specifications, reports and drawings; Represent AECOM at meetings with clients and contractors
  • •Site surveys and inspections where appropriate; Promote sustainable design and conduct design quality reviews/audits

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical Building Services degree qualified with CEng (or working towards)
  • •Experience in design consultancy with concept, scheme and detail design across a range of sectors
  • •Understanding of Revit and BIM is beneficial
  • •Good understanding of quality assurance, safety and environmental sustainability
  • •Excellent report writing skills, presentations and client meetings experience
