Key Responsibilities

  • •Support month-end close with analytical reviews and adjusting entries.
  • •Own recurring technical accounting workbooks and documentation, ensuring compliance with ASC standards (e.g., 340, 842, 718, 606, and 326).
  • •Provide feedback and implement new SOX internal control procedures, refining processes to support company growth.
  • •Drive cross-functional finance initiatives, including NetSuite optimization, process automation, and ad-hoc accounting tasks.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive accounting experience handling accounting responsibilities in fast-growing software companies.

  • •Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
