Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a variety of sectors.
  • •Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping to reporting, stakeholder presentations, and recommendations.
  • •Partner with Private Equity and corporate clients to assess deal drivers, KPIs, underlying earnings, working capital, and cash flows.
  • •Identify and quantify risks, synergies, and improvement opportunities during both diligence and post-deal phases.
  • •Support and develop value capture plans, including margin enhancement, pricing strategies, working capital optimisation, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence or Transaction Services from a Big 4 or top-tier consultancy environment.
  • •Proven ability to lead multiple transaction engagements simultaneously across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
  • •Strong analytical and financial skills, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and commercial drivers.
  • •Track record in delivering actionable insights and value creation strategies post-deal.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication, including senior stakeholder engagement and reporting.
