Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the tax invoicing team for Mexico, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation, validation, and delivery in compliance with controls, contracts, and local fiscal regulations
  • •Supervise billing analysts and manage day-to-day billing operations, including escalations, billing reconciliation, and reporting
  • •Oversee accounts receivable activities: preparation, recording, verification, analysis, reporting, and timely posting of client payments; maintain and reconcile A/R ledger accounts
  • •Manage billing issue resolution: monitor billing adjustments, identify root causes, implement preventative measures, and coordinate ticketing and resolution
  • •Support business growth by implementing controls, identifying automation opportunities, improving data quality, and optimizing billing accuracy and customer experience

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • •Relevant experience or a degree from an accredited university is required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • •Typically a minimum of 6 years of experience
  • •1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position is preferred
