Tax Invoicing Manager

Lead the Mexico tax invoicing team within Operations to ensure accurate, timely invoice generation, validation, and delivery while maintaining compliance with internal controls, contracts, and local fiscal regulations. Supervise billing analysts, manage escalations, and drive process improvements across billing, reconciliation, and reporting. Oversee accounts receivable transactions and ledger reconciliation, analyze arrears and bad debt, and reduce billing and regulatory risk through controls, automation opportunities, and improved data quality.
