Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise prospects and customers on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access control strategies.
  • •Architect and deliver solutions across IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM, translating business requirements into identity architectures.
  • •Lead workshops, whiteboard sessions, and demos to communicate the value of identity automation, access governance, and zero trust.
  • •Design and implement integration strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including use of native identity services and entitlement models.
  • •Build, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations and workflows using APIs, SDKs, and automation frameworks; stay current on IGA, CIEM, Just-in-Time access, and identity for non-human accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or identity architect roles, or equivalent hands-on IAM/IGA experience.
  • •Strong understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks, MFA, step-up auth, conditional access, least privilege, and Zero Trust.
  • •Practical experience with directory services such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace, or on-prem AD.
  • •Hands-on cloud experience with AWS IAM/IAM Identity Center, GCP IAM, and Azure AD/role-based access models governed with IGA.
  • •Comfort building integrations and workflows using APIs/SDKs and automation tooling such as Terraform and IaC; coding familiarity with GO plus JSON/YAML and scripting.
