Lead external recruitment efforts to attract high-potential leaders to join the Teach For America corps. Own targeted campus strategy across Rhode Island and Connecticut, including stakeholder engagement, event leadership, and data-driven decisions with internal and regional teams. Source and cultivate relationships with corps member prospects and partner networks, guide candidates through admissions, and support selection and team commitments while maintaining campaign data accuracy in the CRM.
