Job Summary

Own the merchant onboarding and ongoing operations experience across Zopa’s Payments and Retail Finance platforms. Coordinate launches with Sales, Implementation, and Merchant Success; guide merchants through testing and integrations via portals, APIs, and sandbox environments; and act as the operational point of contact. Triage and manage support queries in Zendesk, reduce onboarding blockers to improve time to value, and continuously improve onboarding and Help Centre resources through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate merchant onboarding across Payments and Retail Finance platforms.
•Partner with Sales, Implementation and Merchant Success to support successful launches and merchant re-engagement.
•Guide merchants through testing, integrations, portals, APIs and sandbox environments.
•Manage support queries through Zendesk and coordinate complex issues with internal teams.
•Maintain Help Centre content and improve onboarding and support processes using automation and AI.

Key Requirements

•Demonstratable experience in operations, onboarding, implementation or support within fintech, payments, SaaS or financial services.
•Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
•Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Jira or Confluence.
•Confidence using data and feedback to identify improvements and reduce onboarding blockers.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities with a collaborative, proactive approach.
