  • •Lead development management responsibilities for real estate projects
  • •Manage program governance processes and structures with stakeholders
  • •Negotiate and finalize transaction documents including SPAs, Development Management Agreements and other documents
  • •Build influential relationships with stakeholders and secure necessary approvals
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (Aldar Group, Aldar Investments, Aldar Projects) on transaction management and due diligence

Key Requirements

  • •Min. 12 years of experience in development/real estate with a track record leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Experience negotiating and finalizing development management agreements and key commercial agreements
  • •Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with investment analysis, cashflows and business plans
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain productive cross‑sector relationships
  • •Bachelor degree in finance, economics or business administration
