Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform system integration support for Windows server environments on Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012.
  • •Manage virtualization components including VMware ESX, vSphere, and vCenter.
  • •Execute patch management activities using SCCM, WSUS, and SMS.
  • •Support and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure components including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and clustering/NLB.
  • •Prepare RCA and Major Incident Reports (MIR) for major failures and maintain an OS risk register and antivirus management.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008, and 2012.
  • •Strong knowledge of VMware ESX, vSphere, and vCenter.
  • •Working knowledge of patch management tools such as SCCM, WSUS, and SMS.
  • •Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft clusters and NLB, including preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Major Incident Reports (MIR).
