Key Responsibilities

•Define, own, and drive the architectural vision and technical roadmap for a major UI platform subsystem (e.g., internationalization and localization infrastructure).
•Serve as the definitive design reviewer for high-impact proposals and cross-team interface specifications.
•Drive cross-functional alignment and translate product strategy into actionable technical architecture.
•Mentor Senior Engineers and establish best practices to shape a culture of continuous learning.
•Build reusable components and design patterns to enable other teams to deliver world-ready UIs and APIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software development experience.
•Strong software architecture and implementation background with Java, Python, or C++, and experience with Spring, React.js, or Node.js.

•Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts into simple narratives.
•Experience mentoring engineers and driving architectural initiatives across multiple teams.
