Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale repeatable event motions for Partner Marketing, including partner-led workshops and co-sell events.
  • •Develop measurement frameworks for partner events, including selection criteria, performance benchmarks, ROI analysis, and root-cause recommendations.
  • •Create and maintain a capacity model and integrated editorial calendar, translating priorities and resources into execution plans.
  • •Manage event budgets and forecasting processes, tracking commitments and spend and maintaining forecast accuracy.
  • •Coordinate partner events into regional and global marketing calendars and lead shared-services and agency performance models.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in B2B event marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or marketing program management, including online and in-person programs.
  • •Independently manage complex, cross-functional programs, including defining timelines, deliverables, dependencies, roles, and success measures.
  • •Strong analytical skills establishing performance benchmarks, evaluating program impact and ROI, diagnosing underperformance, and recommending improvements.
  • •Experience managing program budgets and forecasts, tracking commitments and actual spend, and identifying financial risks early.
  • •Experience building repeatable processes (capacity plans, calendars, or operating models) and managing agencies/vendors to improve delivery outcomes.
