Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations, and prepare decision memos, leadership materials, and execution plans. Anticipate gaps and dependencies, support leadership trade-offs, and own senior special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities.
•Build and manage operating rhythm using OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
•Coordinate major cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
•Prepare decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
•Identify risks and dependencies early, support leadership trade-offs, and own special projects requiring senior judgement.

Key Requirements

•Strong operating experience driving strategic execution across teams.
•Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through in senior situations.
•Ability to work with founders/CEOs and senior external stakeholders.
•Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating high-level strategy into detailed execution without losing quality.
•Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills; experience in startups, consulting, fintech, or financial services is a strong advantage.
