Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day execution of investment banking mandates in Debt Capital Markets and Public Finance opportunities.
  • •Generate revenue based on existing or new clients and drive new mandates through strategic engagement.
  • •Lead deal teams of Associates and Analysts by creating and preparing presentation and pitch materials, and mentoring and coaching team members.
  • •Manage comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and interpretation of financial statements and operating metrics to generate industry insights.
  • •Coordinate organizational resources, maintain frequent communications with team members and product partners, and eventually assume origination responsibilities including prospecting and originating new client mandates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of investment banking experience.
  • •Relevant client interaction and transaction experience in the Public Finance industry.
  • •FINRA License S7 within 1 year, plus FINRA Licenses S63 and S52 within 1 year.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to manage deal teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Economics or Liberal Arts is preferred; OR equivalent experience is required.
