Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage team performance to meet goals, schedules, budgets, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and under budget.
  • •Coordinate program scope, identify interdependencies across projects, resolve interactions, and mitigate risks.
  • •Ensure quality of work packages and regular executive/regulatory briefings and status reports; ensure governance processes are followed.
  • •Develop procurement strategies for materials, labor, and services; support compliance, standardization, and process improvement.
