Key Responsibilities

  • •Research how people work across the platform using discovery interviews, journey mapping, and behavioral signals to surface friction points.
  • •Define what should exist by turning research insights into experience direction and prioritizing high-leverage opportunities.
  • •Decide what to challenge by evaluating existing flows and interaction models with usability testing and experimentation.
  • •Prove concepts through hands-on prototyping with AI tools and real content/data in partnership with PMs and developers.
