Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of cost management for multiple real estate projects.
  • •Assess complex project scopes and client needs to develop and present recommended budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating and cost planning services.
  • •Partner with large project teams to source and oversee pre-bid and pre-construction services for the project budget and cost plan.
  • •Work with clients and Sr. Project Managers to ensure work is funded in compliance with internal policies and to align contracts with lease requirements.
  • •Review and report bid responses, recommend items such as allowances, contingencies, and reserves, and align the cost plan with the project master schedule while establishing cash flow and accrual strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •8-10 years of relevant experience in cost management and real estate project controls.
  • •Preferred experience with Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical facilities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
  • •Highly sophisticated math skills to calculate complex financial-related figures.
