  • •Lead Dry Etch module operations on a shift schedule and report to a department manager.
  • •Manage the performance, development, and employee relations of engineers and technicians.
  • •Partner with other Group Leaders and MTLs to ensure consistent results across functional areas.
  • •Own the roadmap to meet safety, cost, quality, availability, training, and employee relations goals against area/shift metrics.
  • •Support segment team activities including IMT leadership, Production leadership, or TMI leadership for the factory; act as a culture role model.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in a related science or engineering field with 4+ years of process engineering experience in wafer fabrication, OR MS with 2+ years, OR PhD in a related science/engineering field.
  • •1+ year of experience handling semiconductor process flow and equipment troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to apply Model Based Problem Solving skills in semiconductor processing.
  • •Experience obtained through a combination of industry-relevant experience, internship experience, and/or schoolwork/classes/research.
  • •Engagement in semiconductor process engineering tasks aligned to quality and operational goals.
