Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. (or equivalent) in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics, with 3+ years proven experience.
  • •M.S. (or equivalent) with 5+ years proven experience, or BS (or equivalent) with 7+ years proven experience.
  • •Understanding of dry etch reactors and experience with ICP and CCP tools.
  • •High aspect ratio dry etch experience and knowledge of plasma physics, transport, or surface phenomena.
  • •Experience managing vendor relationships and leading technical projects or groups, including statistical process control and problem-solving leadership.
