Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
  • •Significant maintenance or engineering experience in a process manufacturing environment, including team leadership or maintenance coordination.
  • •Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, spare parts management, and maintenance systems.
  • •Understanding of EHS requirements, quality standards, permit-to-work processes, lockout/tagout practices, and contractor management.
  • •Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with multiple operational stakeholders.
