Civil Infrastructure - Transportation Project Manager / Design Manager Rail

Lead design and delivery for civil infrastructure rail projects, guiding the design process from planning through execution and closure. Coordinate and inspire multidisciplinary design teams, including collaboration across multiple EC offices. Manage design stages, review progress, and mitigate design-phase risks while maintaining design quality standards, compliance, and client specifications. Own design budgets, resource optimization, and ensure thorough documentation and regular stakeholder reporting aligned to AECOM delivery procedures.
