Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly and quarterly close processes for Ad Sales, including analyzing balance sheet accounts, posting journal entries, and ensuring accurate statements.
  • •Review journal entries to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies.
  • •Reconcile and analyze movements in key balance sheet accounts and prepare quarterly balance sheet review packages.
  • •Prepare balance sheet reconciliations per NBCU Account Reconciliation Policy and assist process owners in documenting SOX controls.
  • •Oversee intercompany cross-charges and reconcile accruals to actuals; audit T&E and P-Card expenses and drive process improvements through RPA initiatives.
