Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by a manager.
  • •Maintain and update equipment and product tracking logs and manage electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives.
  • •Handle warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, including entering receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for assigned inventory and pull inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets.
  • •Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment and answer incoming calls and email queries for customers, clients, and vendors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.6 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
  • •Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping, tracking, and receiving (international shipping preferred).
  • •Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets AVI-SPL driving privileges standards.
