Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on projects aligned to software engineering passions and career goals within Visa’s technology teams.
  • •Deploy Kafka clusters using Docker and Kubernetes in a self-serve manner.
  • •Develop solutions such as a natural language chatbot for knowledge base searches and prototypes for automated payments.
  • •Create testing tools to identify system errors and build visual monitoring tools to detect transactional issues.
  • •Support full software lifecycle activities and learn secure coding practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS/MIS, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field and graduating December 2027–August 2028.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally.
  • •Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, C/C++, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or HTML.
  • •Experience with automation/testing tools such as Selenium and REST, plus familiarity with software testing principles.
  • •Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and collaborate in a team environment.
