Key Responsibilities

  • •Package, test, and deploy enterprise desktop applications using approved deployment technologies such as MECM, Intune, and automated task sequences
  • •Standardize desktop operating system builds, ensuring configurations, baselines, drivers, and imaging processes remain current and compliant
  • •Manage application versioning, update cycles, EOL planning, and controlled rollout of new or refreshed application packages across multiple networks
  • •Troubleshoot application deployment, OS build, and packaging issues involving dependencies, profiles, permissions, and network related elements
  • •Support virtualized and physical client environments, including thick, thin, and VDI based clients, ensuring consistent delivery of approved applications

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
  • •Active TS/SCI clearance with favorable polygraph
  • •DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification (e.g. Security+ CE)
  • •Hands-on experience administering enterprise desktop applications, client services, or endpoint management platforms
  • •Proficiency with Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Active Directory and Group Policy, PowerShell and Batch scripting, AppV, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to support enterprise application packaging and deployment
