Advise Engineering and Finance leadership as a strategic HR partner, helping create measurable plans and solve complex organizational challenges. •Partner with leaders to advise and influence the creation of measurable, actionable strategic plans.
•Act as an objective resource and champion for the Engineering team and broader employee population.

•6+ years as an HR Business Partner with knowledge of organizational design, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, employment law, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, training, employee development, immigration, and HR systems/tools.
•BA/BS degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Proven success influencing and leading across all levels of a corporate hierarchy.
•Expertise building rapport and tailoring communication to diverse audiences in sensitive situations.
•Proficiency using AI tools to enhance productivity and HR deliverables.
